P4205 Definition of Processing Option

Hi,

I'm working with the 9.2 environment and would like validation of how the following processing options work:

If the below is set to '1'......

Are the processing options below ignored?

We continue to see inventory driving negative as there doesn't appear to be any validation occurring during the Ship Confirm (P4205) process.
