How are Zero Revenue Lines generated?

Hi,

I wondered if anybody could explain to me how and why Zero Revenue Lines are created when running the process PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects?

Some of these lines that are generated are also in a 'Released Status' which causes problems when closing the PA Ledger at the end of the month - we have a script that can be run to move these entries back to 'Released' Status.

These Zero entry Revenue Entries are also not visible in the Revenue Summary screen either.

Just wondered if anybody could tell me why/how these zero revenue entries are created.
