Alerts and Notifications Sent from OEM for Events that Occur During a Notification Blackout
Hi
We are on Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 4 - Version 13.4.0.0.0
We have notification blackouts in place for a few hours on a certain day each month. These are for Target type=Listener only.
The issue is that each month, after the notification blackout period ends, we will get alerts (sms) and notifications (emails) for events that occured during the notification blackout directly relating to the listeners. These are on old events from during the blackout. The target is up and available after the black ends and has no issues/errors so no notification should occur. The
Has anyone else come across this issue ?
