How to export HFM metadata

Hi All,

I need to export metadata automatically to an external table, or extract file .app or .xml in a folder on the server (no using consolidation>extract>application elements by the administrator). Is there a way? I've FDMEE too, but I suppose is not possible extract metadata through it.

What do you suggest?
