CEMLIs (reports mostly) on EBS 12. What are the values recommended by Oracle as its standards?

We need to create CEMLIs (reports mostly) on EBS 12.

For EBS 11 we have been working with Oracle On Demand, and they provide the 'Performance Assessment Tool' and a excel file to validate cemli performance standar adherance (based on threshold for values like logical and physical reads, parse CPU ratio, etc).

For the EBS 12 we would like to maintain those guideliness even if our environemt is not On Demand; but we don't know the values recommended for this new version.


What are the values recommended by Oracle to this custom objects? Documents with the guidelines focuses on schema uses, name standards, but not such technical info.
