You do not have Contributor access to the Activity Guide instance 'PAYROLL2006'

Hi All,

I am trying to create new Activity guide by creating new Template not cloned from existing one. I added one of the action item as Modify person component and and in the template properties security is given as portal admin role. I completed with Pagelet setup and workcenter configuration as part of this activity and when i try to launch workcenter it thrown me an error saying that "You do not have Contributor access to the Activity Guide instance 'PAYROLL2006". I added below roles to my user profile and also have the portal admin role. could you please let me
