PO Workflow Approval Notification Not Received -How to Test It -R12.1.3

Good Morning !!!

We are facing issue  on  PO approval notification mail.

We are using  Position hierarchy  for PO approvals.

Bellow are approval members

  1. Finance Director
  2. GM
  3. CEO( He is final approver)

Finance director & GM getting mail notification and approved the PO. But  CEO 'Not Receiving Mail Notification' -but  when he login oracle in home page he receive the workflow.

Is there any option in EBS to send a TEST Notification to him - to confirm  he receive  from Oracle ERP.

To test this CEO mail working or not, we tried to run a concurrent report of PO print and enter his email address on concurrent delivery option-  He receives that mail.
