ASM rebalance question

Hi,

using 12.2 RAC with 12.2 RDBMS OL7.

We use NetApp LUNs to extend diskgroups by adding one when needed. The diskgroups has external redundancy.

I observed following issue together with our Storage administrator:

If I add a new LUN to diskgroup it will properly rebalanced from ASM view,

here the output of "asmcmd lsdsk -k":

Total_MB  Free_MB   OS_MB  Name            Failgroup      Failgroup_Type  Library                                      Label         Path
122888    31168  122891  DATA1           DATA1          REGULAR         AFD Library - Generic , version 3 (KABI_V3)  DATA1         AFD:DATA1
122888    31160  122891  DATA10          DATA10         REGULAR         AFD Library - Generic , version 3 (KABI_V3)  DATA10        AFD:DATA10
122888    31180  122891  DATA11          DATA11         REGULAR         AFD Library - Generic , version 3 (KABI_V3)  DATA11        AFD:DATA11
122888    31164  122891  DATA2           DATA2          REGULAR         AFD Library - Generic , version 3 (KABI_V3)  DATA2         AFD:DATA2
122888    31160  122891  DATA3           DATA3          REGULAR         AFD Library - Generic , version 3 (KABI_V3)  DATA3         AFD:DATA3
122888    31164  122891  DATA4           DATA4

Howdy, Stranger!
