BSSV Build issue 9.2.4.1

Hi,

We are in TR 9.2.4.1(9.2 App).

Fat Machine : Windows 10

Jdeveloper : 12.2.1.3 (JAVA 1.8.0_131)

Weblogic : 12.2.1.3

Did all the required configuration for BSSV setup as per Oracle guidelines. Local web too works fine in build machine.

When i try to build BSSV package, i get the following error & none of the JP* objects get compiled and generating .ear file. What could be the cause of error "A WebService annotation is not present on class" as it is a standard object.(same error is thrown for all objects).

Any suggestion..
