Using Assignment DFF in fast formula

Hi All,

I need to write a fast formula in which i need to use an assignment DFF for calculating the years of experience.

Any sample formulas or any guidance will be really helpful.

I have created the DFF(ASS_ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1) ,just stuck how to use the same in formula.
