Contract Subline Termination and IB update

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

Want to check if a contract subline  with covered level as Product and category Service Agreement is Terminated manually in contract  where the covered product is IB trackable and contract covered line status changes to Terminated, same status is not reflected in Install base. Is this seeded behavior?

Whereas if an instance covered in a contract of category service Agreement is Terminated in IB , same status is reflected  in Service Contracts immediately.

Anyone insight on above is really appreciated.
