Tax Report- Journal Configuration

Morning,

We are currently using Oracle eBS version 12.1.3.

When we create a manual journal, we would like to change the Tax to ‘Required’ to be able to report on it from a Making Tax Digital Perspective:

When we save the field to ‘Required’ we get the following error message

Can anyone confirm what we don’t have configured within the system to allow this?

How do we go about getting this configured?

What do we need to do to revise the journal template to include the tax?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
