How to hide specific row number in RTF template

Hi,

I would like to hide the specific row numbers(not all rows) in RTF template using Oracle BI publisher.

eg.

row Account Balance

1 11100 3000

2 11022 3500

3 11023 4000

4 11024 2500

5 11045 6000

I want to hide row numbers 3 and 4 based on parameter. Is it possible?
