Blackout created by Cloud-Control as user SYSMAN

Hi.

We have Cloud Control 13.4 running and encountered several System-generated Blackout which seemed to be ok.

Example1:

If one is creating a new Gold Agent Image, subscribes a host to this Image and brings the host to the current version then Cloud Control generates a Blackout during the process which is like this:

Name:        CREATE_GOLD_IMAGE_2020-06-30 10:49:57

Start Date:  June 30, 2020 10:49:57 AM CEST

Reason:      Added via emctl utility

Created by:  <SYSTEM>

Example2:

If one is updating an Agent via Setup -> Manage Cloud control -> Agents the following is being created:

Name:        AGT_UPG_BLK_OUT_2020-06-18 14:16:26

Start Date:  Jun 18, 2020 2:16:27 PM CEST
