Hello Experts,

We are using WCC server version 12.2.1.3.0 in cluster environment.

We are getting time sync error  as below on our WCC server even though all application web server DB server and sharedpath device time are on sync.

Made one entry of this variable MaximumSharedDocReapairTimestampDiff=7200  in config.cfg file  as suggested in support document Doc ID 1676936.1

Kindly suggest what may be the issue and how to solve this.
