Dropdown list is not coming correctly

Hi,

We have a hierarchy mvh and in the maintenance workbook user can select the positions under a particular department to be populated in the other workbook dropdown list. 

ByWpMktgSupPriTx - This is the dropdown measure. 

For this measure I have given the Single Hier Select as mktg dimension (mktg is a dimension of mvh hierarchy), so that mktg value will be listed in the dropdown.  However, in the drop down all the mktg positions are coming in the workbook. 

For other hierarchy like space hier, in the workbook only the flagged positions are coming in dropdown measure for a department. I couldn't see any rule for the this hier in the config which could be pulling the flagged positions to the dropdown measure.  I can see only the space dropdown measure also have "spce" dimension in Single hier Select.
