"CLIENT_IDENTIFIER" and "ACTION" columns not getting populated in gv$session - Siebel database

Hi All,

While debugging an issue, i noticed that "CLIENT_IDENTIFIER" and "ACTION" columns not getting populated in gv$session for Siebel database.

These columns are getting populated only for few sessions, let me know if there is anyway to capture these details for all sessions. I want to establish link between the running sql and the action.
