PSPPFUND Error There is no Budgeting Distribution in effect at this time.

While runnign PSPPFUND, we are getting error 'There is no Budgeting Distribution in effect at this time.'

There are 4 positions which are throwing this error. Even though the positions are active, departments are active, Employee has active jobs and effdt on Dept-Budget tables is 07/01/2020.

Anyone has experienced similar error.
