12.2.9 US HRMS Unable to query a terminated employee from the Person Screen

Hi,

After upgrading to 12.2.9, we are seeing the following issue.

An employee terminated using Oracle APIs is not available for querying on the Person screen.

The employee data is available in the base table (per_all_people_f) and does show the termination.

I tried to analyze the issue and found the termination API is internally calling an update version of PER_HRWF_SYNCH package.

Any ideas on what this package is used for and how does it relate to the issue mentioned ?
