Can buyers certify supplier business classifications

Hello -

We are running Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.4.  Via iSupplier suppliers can certify their business classifications via a check box which states 'I certify that I have reviewed the classification below and they are current and accurate'.  Can a buyer perform this same function on behalf of the supplier?  If so, where can they go do that?
