upgrade 11.2.0.4 to 19.3.0 under r12.1.3 to r12.2.0

Dear All

Greetings!

find the issues below here i was managed to upgrade database from 11.2.0.4 to 19.3.0C and apps R12.1.3 working fine but i have opted to upgrade R12.1.3 to R12.2.0 then 12.2.9. these are challenges that i have faced and held up for sometimes.

Node EBS is missing bugfixes 29548437,30869156

The required Technology codelevels are not met.

  Download the latest ETCC patch (17537119) from My Oracle Support and execute it from RDBMS ORACLE_HOME before proceeding with the Upgrade.

Ignoring this warning might result in failures during Upgrade and ADOP enablement.

The database SID and the database name must be the same in order to proceed with the upgrade:
