Some one knows how assign all open notification to a new buyer ?

Hi all

We have a new buyer and he will inherit of all PO's of an other buyer

He needs to receive the open notifications (ex. PO Change approval for requestor) received by the old buyer

Is there a way to achieve this requirement?
