12.2.0.2_2004414: v$datafile_header checkpoint_change# not incremented at restore

Dear Community,

i am facing a strange issue when doing a restore of a production database on an interim test system. The system is ASFU licensed, so no possibility to open an SR.

After the database restore, some PDB datafiles do have a checkpoint_change# and checkpoint_time in v$datafile_header of several weeks ago although the logfile of the backup run has the right SCNs listed for these datafiles.

I have copied the required backups and performed a full restore with:

RMAN> restore controlfile from '/backup/CPROD1_20200629_egv40g65_1_1.bkp';

Starting restore at 03.07.2020 14:02:01

using target database control file instead of recovery catalog

Howdy, Stranger!
