ISO - How to default tranfer price list

By default on ISO Created from IR, With calculate price flag as - freeze price.,

User manually need to change the calculate price flag for each line to calculate price , then only sales order line recalculate price.

Is there any setup/configuration or workaround to get calculate price flag default as calculate price.

i.e ISO Will get generate with Transfer price in booked stage instead of changing flag every time for each line
