Unable to connect to E1local

Hi Folks,

We are on JDE 9.0 with TR 9.1.5.5, I am facing issue while login to a fat client. It says unable to connect to E1local. Previously it was one of the working fat client and if I check status of the Listener it says E1local ready I compare the result it with one of the working fat clients, difference is I can see below three services running CLRExtProc, E1LOCALXDB and E1Local but in this fat client where I am facing issue to login, there I can see two services CLRExtProc and E1Local. Is this issue causing because of this? I
