Can Oracle calculate a "regular rate of pay" to use in calculating overtime, if the employee is bein

Currently, all of our employees make a specific dollar an hour, and for overtime, we use an element which has this calculation rule:

YC_PREMIUM_OVERTIME_HOURS_X_RATE_MULT

This takes their normal hourly rate and multiplies it by 1.5.

Now, because of COVID, some of our departments want to offer a higher rate for certain duties, so sort of like a shift differential, or hazard pay.

But I don't know how to get the overtime to calculate correctly, including the extra pay.

Would I create a balance for all earnings for hours worked, and another balance for all hours worked? How would I get the value of the earnings divided by the hours stored to be used in an overtime calculation?

Howdy, Stranger!
