I have some confusion Regarding 20 C New feature. Please find the below in-detail New feature.

Need some in-detail explanation, how and where we can use this below new feature.

Resolve requisitions that are in pending approval status due to technical or infrastructure issues by manually withdrawing the requisitions. You can cancel or resubmit the withdrawn requisitions as required.

If the approval process hasn't started after 5 minutes of requisition submission, you can manually withdraw or cancel the requisition now. Also, a new enterprise scheduler service job, Terminate Requisition Approvals Process, is submitted internally to periodically check for a composite instance of the requisition and abort it. This enterprise scheduler service job ensures that a duplicate notification isn't generated when you resubmit the requisition after withdrawing it.
