Does Oracle 19c SE2 support Star Schemas?

We are a SE/SE2 shop and are looking at a data warehousing project for the first time.

We are not sure what limitations SE2 has over EE when it comes to data warehouses and would specifically like to know if Star Schemas can be build in 19c SE2.
