Alert configuration for flashcache and Smart I/O

Hello, we recently had a generalized issue of IO slowness related to flashcache and smart scan, but which was already handled via SR, it was a bug related to our version of the exadata software already solved in more current versions, as a workaround solution the problem was resolved by restarting the cells.

But the question in this case is about monitoring and configuring alerts, perhaps the problem would have been resolved more quickly if we had correct alerts pointing us to the source of the problem.

There are many metrics for both flash cache and Smart I/O, from the metrichistory for example I noticed a degradation in megabytes read per second from flash cache (FC_IO_BY_R_SEC).
