How to create automatic blanket Releases for Category based Requisitions raised from Iprocurement

Client is using I procurement and Smart Forms. We have fixed the category and Supplier details on Smart forms.

Now the expectation is once the requisition (Based on category and Description) is approved, a release should automatically be created against the BPA which is created for same supplier and category.
