Need API to Delete Customer and all its associations

We are in need to find an API to delete customers in EBS 12.1.3 which could delete all related information of customer like address, contact points, contact person, bill to and ship to sites etc. We should be able to provide account number OR Cust Account ID OR Party ID and on the basis of that key parameter, all information of customer should be deleted.
