Hello, I am trying to setup a manual promotion modifier where the application method is "New Price"

Hello,

I am trying to setup a manual promotion modifier where the application method is "New Price".

I want it not only to replace the regular price but any other automatic discount modifiers that would usually apply.  How do I do that?

I have attached screenshots of the modifiers applied on the sales order and their definitions.
