Pushup (PSHUP_TXN) records not getting loaded to Paysheets

After the new enhancement to load inactive employees, the PYLOAD is not loading records from PSHUP_TXN to the Paysheets.

After applying PUM Image 33 and Tax Update 20-B, which includes the Paysheet Update Enhancement for Inactive Employees, the records in the
PSHUP_TXN table will not load to the paysheets

There's an App Engine called PSHUP_VALID that is part of the PS Job stream.

Has anyone come across a clear fix to this problem?
