ORA 4030 out of process memory

Hello!

Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 no patches, SE.

I had recently two such errors in alert.log file:

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16432 bytes (kggec.c.kggfa,kggec.c.kggfa)

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 64552 bytes (TCHK^3a788d19,kggec.c.kggfa) Incident details in

I checked in ADRCI and found out this problem with 15 incidents 2020-01-03 07:42:55 - 2020-01-09 07:40:52, including those two which happened 2020-07-03.

So as you see there was 6 months quiet time and finally in july got two incidents within 10 minutes.

Any idea how to deal with this problem ? Customer so far did not complain and I just noticed above errors in alert.log file. Maybe I should not worry about as it is so rarely ?
