Excessive oifcfg trace files in CRS ADR after ODA 18.3 update

Hello All,

I recently updated my ODA X3-2 VP to 18.3 ODA release and I'm working on the 18.5 update currently.

When I run my pre-checks I am repeatedly getting flagged on excessive trace files in the CRS ADR trace directory on both nodes of the ODA.

I have run adr purge multiple times to remove trace files older than 7 days. So even after a purge there are still almost ten thousand files for only 7 days.

The excessive trace files are all like described below.

[grid@node2 trace]$ pwd

/u01/app/grid/diag/crs/node2/crs/trace

[grid@node2 trace]$ ls -ltr oifcfg* |more
