Effect of closing exec as root 'allroot.sh' window before actual execution

Hi,

Our organization is segmented into different support groups, in this scenario OS group has the root access
and us DBAs do not have root access.

And during any oracle installations we need to create a ticket to 'run as root ie: allroot.sh' and assign to OS group.

Turn around time can sometime be few hours if not day.

Question is what will be the effect if the window is closed before the root.sh is executed?
