Comparison document of EBS 12.1 and 12.2

Hi,

I need a document describing key features of EBS 12.2 in relation to the specific Financial modules i.e. General Ledger and Fixed Assets.

It will be very effective if a document shows a comparison between the features of EBS 12.1 and 12.2.

Actually I have been given a task to give a presentation regarding why the upgrade to EBS 12.2 is necessary and what benefits it can give to the user.
