IT using report R47121

Hi,

I did the IT of item using P4113 in the same B/P, lot and location and system allowed me to do that. But while doing the same using report R47121 it's not allowing showing below error message.

Subject : Error : Location already exists in Item Location.

I am able to do IT in same B/P, Lot, Location via P4113 then why not using R47121 or is there any setting need to activate in report ?

Or report do not allow such kind of activity but application does.

Can anyone help me with this.
