PROD AR - when run Receipt Register via Ledger, only Applied Receipts returned

Hi,

We are using R12.1.3. I have raised an SR for this issue but wanted to ask for advice here too...

Here are some test cases which demonstrate the issue.

Test Case 1: PROD by Ledger - only Applied receipts returned

If we run "Receipt Register" on PROD as follows:

  • Attribute Set: DEFAULT
  • Reporting Level: Ledger
  • Reporting Context: My Org's Ledger
  • GL Date From: 20-JAN-2020
  • GL Date To: 27-JAN-2020

The output only contains Applied Receipts.

Test Case 2: PROD by Operating Unit - all receipts returned

If we run "Receipt Register" on PROD as follows:

  • Attribute Set: DEFAULT
  • Reporting Level: Operating Unit
