Previous CPU rollbacks on a CPU for HP-UX Itanium

Hello

We are currently have Oracle HP-UX Itanium release 12.2.0.1 installed and previously had Oracle HP-UX Itanium release 12.1.0.2 on our system.  Not GI or OJVM, just the basic Oracle HP-UX Itanium.  When executing a dbms_qopatch.get_sqlpatch_status to get information on the previous patches that were applied and previous patches that were rolled back, I only found an "Action: Apply" for the past four years of Patch Sets.    Is it possible that there have not been any Patch Set Rollbacks for HP-UX Itanium?  The Patch IDs that show up on our database instances are as follows:

     Action : APPLY
