Why was the Fluid SS Direct Deposit designed to only allow ONE account per day?

Hi, 

As delivered (PYNA 9.2 Image 32, PT 8.57) the Self Service Direct Deposit only allows the user to add one account per day.  Once the one account is enter the add button is greyed out.  Can someone share the logic behind this?

New Hire's may need to add multiple accounts - Savings and Checking.  So they have to wait another day to enter the checking account.
