How to apply FIFO for non-lot controlled item while Sales order Pick?

I have tried to apply picking rule by selecting Subinventory at Priority 1 with RECEIPT DATE ASC, then I have assign the Picking Rule to particular Organization and executed program 'Generate All Rules'

Unfortunately, it did not work.

If there any way to default subinventory and Locators automatically for FIFO. I know, there will not be identification for item if it is not lot controlled or serialized. Is there any way to achieve up to the extent?
