AHF user oracle unable to pull diagnostic data

I installed the latest AHF tool and when I try to pull SRDC data for the ORA-00600 error as root I get a message saying that I need to be oracle to do it. When I try to do with the oracle user I get the following error:

User oracle does not have permissions to run SRDC 'ora600' for database 'mydb'.

The user oracle has the right permissions, including promoted status.
