Concurrent program fails to submit its next schedule request

Hi All,

I'm facing issue with a Gather schema stats conc. program failing to submit its next schedule program when its terminated after certain time. Few occasions we need to terminate this job if its runs longer to avoid impact to our business users/batches.

Our env is 12.2.4 and 11.2.0.4 version. The same issue was not observed in 12.1.3 version.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
