Opening of AP and PO Periods via API or Custom Concurrent program

Hi All,

We are on R12.2.4

We have a requirement to open AP and PO Periods via a Concurrent program..I know there is no standard program... Just wanted to know if there is any API which we can use to achieve our business requirement...
