Parent form calling child form with same version as parent

Hello Folks,

E1 release: 9.0

Tools release: 9.1.2

We are experiencing an issue where a parent form seems to be calling child form with same interactive version as parent form (even though the child form does not exist).

For instance, if P03013 | VER101 is calling P03B2002 (which does not have VER101 version), if you inquire upon the associated version details of P03B2002 application, it will reflect that it is P03B2002 | VER101 version.

This is causing issues with the security setup as the application security is associated at version level.

Sounds like a tools bug to me but unable to find one.
