in actual there are few no of records on the database why my hfm application on system messages sho

On the system messages when at the time of consolidation observed that the no of records are showing more against each individual entity, however when i see the no of records on the DCE/DCN table for that year and scenario. i see very less no of records count. Why it is showing each and individual entity record number.

The Currency cube Scenario = Actual 1,Year =2020 2020, Entity = Entity1, InputValueID=USD 23,contains 246280 records

The Currency cube Scenario = Actual 1,Year =2020 2020, Entity = Entity2, InputValueID=USD 23,contains 246234 records

The Node cube Scenario = Actual 1,Year =2020 2020, Entity = Entity3, Parent=123,contains about 246226 records
