ASM Check - clusterware_state critical

Hi,
the scheduled oratier1 collection, shows that the asm check for clusterware_state as critical. the details shows that it did not return any value.
Anyone an Idea? Running the script as grid, it works fine. This is a new ahf 20.2 installation as root. (orachk 20.2.0_20200626)
