Financial Reporting (FR) Returns Error "The Required Application Module 'Reporting.ReportViewer'

Hi All,

Users are facing an issue when they to launch a report (The Required Application Module 'reporting.reportingViewer' is not configured). Could you please let me know if any faced similar type of issue? The issue is happening randomly.

I was able to launch the same report from my end when user was facing the issue ( both individual and LB url's). The issue fixed upon restart of HFR services. This is happening once in a while.

Found an KB related to this (Doc ID 2611432.1). We are also in the same version of Reporting (11.1.2.4.900 and 901) and i have recently patched to .902. But we have a new setup of 11.1.2.4.900 and it is not upgraded from previous versions (neither we applied in-place upgrade). Thats why I dont see any Shared Services patches that are listed in the article.
