Table Conversion no longer works after Tools & Apps upgrade 9.2.4

After upgrading the tools release and the applications, a table conversion that had been running successfully in our DV and PY environments quit working. Submitting it from the web it just completed normally but the data was not loaded. Log information:

TCEngine Level 2 /E920SYS/tcengine/tcinit.c : The From and To data sources aren't the same, check if we can use Insert from Select.

TCEngine Level 2 /E920SYS/tcengine/tcsql.c : Can't use InsertFromSelect, more than one ER event.

TCEngine Level 2 /E920SYS/tcengine/tcinit.c : Set the ForceRowByRow flag because some of these options are turned on: Log All Errors, Log Every Input Record, Log Outputs.
